Advanced Lacrosse Academy (9th-12th)
One of our best attributes is complete lacrosse athlete development. True to our Performance Pyramid, we develop the foundation, function and skills of girls lacrosse athletes.
Our Advanced Lacrosse Academy is offered every Saturday beginning in January for all experienced 9th-12th grade players.

- Execute proper dodges and dodge footwork to create separation
- Understand angles for cutting and on/off ball movement
- Execute offensive and defensive footwork
- Offensive and defensive positioning
- Handle the stick comfortably with both hands
- Shooting under pressure accurately and with power

Group TrainingMaximum 14:1 athlete to coach ratio with one of our professional coaches.

Private Training1:1 athlete to coach ratio with one of our professional coaches.
Private training is scheduled at a day and time decided upon by the coach and athlete.
