Beginner Lacrosse Academy
The Beginner Lacrosse Academy is a foundational and instructional program for Pre K-8th grade beginner lacrosse players. Our goal for the program is for athletes to develop a love for the game of lacrosse, and learn proper fundamentals of lacrosse and athletic movement. Training will be led by our professional coaches.
Athletes will develop in the following areas:

Ability to catch, pass, shoot
Footwork, speed and agility
