Rhythm and Timing

​Young hitters today seem to struggle with having both rhythm & timing in their swings which lead to bigger issues, affecting their ability to be consistent.  
When timing is your main focus with no rhythm, how you get ready to hit is inconsistent. When a swing lacks timing, hitters struggle with consistent contact points and often don’t get into a good hitting position. Rhythm is what relaxes you, gives you less to think about and makes getting ready to hit an easier task.

Timing is your plan / road map to execution.  When you know when you need to move, now you get to center on time with a focus of see ball,l hit ball.  

To create the best version of you, don’t be afraid to move and move early.  Know there’s no better hitting position than being “centered” and get there on time.  Last, but not least maintain your sequence and don’t rush your moves.
