The Perfect Performance Boys Lacrosse Academy is a comprehensive training program that develops elementary, middle and high school lacrosse players to perform at the highest level possible. The program will focus on fundamental, intermediate and advanced lacrosse skills and techniques, as well as speed, footwork, and strength specific to boys’ lacrosse players. Our mission is to train competitive athletes that love the game and are prepared to seize the many opportunities that lacrosse offers.
Pat Young, originally from Ewing, NJ, has succeeded at all levels of lacrosse. As a standout high school player at Christchurch School in Virginia, he scored nearly 300 points and amassed over 300 ground balls in his high school career on his way to earning All-America and All-State honors and the Offensive Player of the Year in the state of Virginia. After his outstanding high school career, he attended University of Maryland Baltimore County and the University of Maryland. During his college career he scored 132 points (101 goals and 31 assists) as a Midfielder.
After graduating from Maryland, Pat was selected 16th overall by the Charlotte Hounds in the 2016 MLL Draft. Currently, he plays Midfield for the Atlanta Blaze. Pat is outstanding as a youth coach, specializing in dodging and outside finishing, and works with lacrosse athletes in Baltimore and Washington DC Metro. Pat joined the Perfect Performance NOVA staff in January 2018.
