PASS RUSH
Applying consistent pressure on the quarterback has never been more critical in today’s game. Whether it’s from the defensive line or the linebacker position, elite pass rushers combine speed, power, and precision to disrupt the offense.
Through our training sessions, we will develop and enhance the following pass rush and defensive skills:

- Slants, stunts, loops

- Combine Training (40yd dash, pro agility, etc)
Football Evaluation
In order to get started, ALL new athletes must first participate in an evaluation. The evaluation will allow our coaches to determine each players strengths and weaknesses, as well as establishes a baseline for each player.
The evaluation is $150 and includes:
Functional Movement Screen (FMS): Testing Mobility, Flexibility, and Stability
Performance Baseline Testing : 5-10-5, 10 yard dash, Vertical Jump, Broad Jump
Position Assessment
Nutrition Analysis & Plan ($199 Value): Body Composition Analysis via InBody, Custom Meal Plan, 60 Day Reassessment
