Originally from Virginia Beach, VA, Casey excelled in multiple sports at an early age. In middle school, she was a multiple sport athlete but once she got to high school she decided to focus all her energy on field hockey. She played 4 years of varsity field hockey at Frank W. Cox high school where she was team captain, All American and Female Athlete of the Year. Her high school success led her to be recruited by many Division I field hockey programs but she ultimately decided to walk on at UNC because she wanted to play with the best of the best. While at UNC, she earned a full athletic scholarship, won two ACC Championship titles, competed in four Final Fours and two National Championships. During her junior year of college, Casey was selected to the U.S. Women’s National Team.
After graduating college, Casey played two more years with the Red, White and Blue before finishing her career in 2018. While on the team she trained and competed with some of the best field hockey players around the world. Following her professional career, Casey realized that her passion in life was fitness and helping others so she decided to become a certified personal trainer.
Living an active lifestyle has given Casey confidence, ambition and drive. These traits are something she feels passionately about instilling in every client she works with. Specifically, Casey loves mentoring young athletes past their limitations and excuses to accomplish things they have never thought possible. She’s notorious for making everything into a competition and she’s always up for a challenge.
