Football is a violent, explosive sport. It is the epitome of team sports where 11 individual battles determine the success of one team. Our football combine training program is designed for the football player who needs to get bigger, stronger, faster, quicker and more explosive in the 40 yard dash, pro agility drill, 3 cone drill, broad jump, vertical jump and med ball toss. - Improve core strength
- Improve explosive power
- Improve lower body strength and power
- Improve upper body strength and stability
The speed training program is designed to:
- Increase flexibility and the bio mechanics of speed
- Teach and develop the skills for the 40 yard dash
- Teach and develop the skills for the pro agility and 3 cone drill
- Teach and develop the skills for the broad jump, vertical jump and med ball toss

Combine Prep Camp
This is a 5-session camp held every Sunday in May. The objective is to help athletes to develop and enhance their combine testing numbers. Experienced Perfect Performance speed and agility coaches will conduct a baseline test for combine numbers (40 yard dash, 5-10-5 shuttle, L cone) and we will continually help teach proper technique to excel in various combine drills to improve these testing numbers. This training is geared to help prepare athletes for HS/college camps this summer
