LEARN THE BASICS
The Beginner Field Hockey Academy is designed to enhance the skills of youth field hockey players. We develop the foundation, function and skills of field hockey athletes. The Beginner Field Hockey Academy will teach athletes the basic skills of field hockey to gain confidence and comfortability with the stick and the ball.

- Handle the stick comfortably with two hands
- The mechanics of the various shots
- Pass and trap stationary and moving
- Learn basic elimination skills and techniques
- Dribble with vision
- Execute defensive footwork and closing distances
- Body positioning
- Basic tackling skills
- Proper decision making
- Circle marking
Beginner Field Hockey Skills
This training for the new field hockey player who wants improve their skills and learn the game. The training program will cover all outdoor skills to include dribbling, passing, shooting, and elimination.
