NEW ATHLETE Football/Performance evaluation
Athletes ages 6th grade and up joining the Performance Academy must first start with an evaluation. We want to know your goals, strengths and weaknesses. Our Performance Evaluation is our way for you to get familiar with the program and includes:
- Functional movement screen (FMS)
- Speed (10yd)
- Agility (Pro Agility Drill)
- Power (Vertical Jump)
- Post evaluation consultation
- Position Specific Evaluation
- Training plan and goal setting
