Becoming an elite hitter requires a game-like environment that challenges athletes to find movement solutions to the complex problems they will face at the plate. Utilizing constraint based training as well as the principles of self organization, Perfect Performance creates a learning atmosphere second to none, as we look to develop each individual hitter.

We insert hitters into an individualized, small group environment that seeks to recreate the challenge of in-game hitting. By leveraging data with a physics based approach we are able to effectively develop athletes for their next level.
