Field hockey is an explosive sport that requires explosive movements. Speed and strength can help field hockey players stand out amongst the rest. Field hockey coaches of all levels are looking for players that can demonstrate strength, power and explosiveness on both ends of the field. Our speed and strength training program is designed for every field hockey player who wants to take their game to the next level by becoming bigger, faster and stronger.

- Improve lower body strength and power
- Improve upper body strength and stability
- Improve explosiveness
The speed training program is designed to:
- Increase flexibility
- Improved speed and agility movement mechanics
- Improve nervous system response and fast twitch muscle fibers

NEW ATHLETE INTRODUCTORY OFFER
Athletes in 6th grade and up joining the Performance Academy must first start with an evaluation. We want to know your goals, strengths and weaknesses. Our Performance Evaluation is our way for you to get familiar with the program and includes:
- Functional movement screen (FMS)
- Speed (10yd)
- Agility (Pro Agility Drill)
- Power (Vertical Jump)
- Post evaluation consultation
- Training plan and goal setting
