Perfect Performance 7v7 Teams
Perfect Performance 7v7 is our comprehensive high school and middle school 7v7 program that practices, trains and competes in national and regional winter and spring tournaments. Our program is a high level off-season development tool that focuses on performance (strength, speed, agility, quickness), skill/technique development, and teaching game acumen. Perfect Performance 7v7 will be led by NFL Veterans, Leonard Stephens, and Alex Light.

Q: Why should I choose to play for Perfect Performance 7v7?
A: We are the BEST option for developing your son for the next level of football. Our focus will be on technical skill and game IQ development. We provide our athletes with the the tools they need to excel and play Varsity High School and College Football.
Q: What tournaments will the team play in?
A: 2023 14U-18U Tournament Schedule
1) March 11th-12th, Atlanta, Georgia
2) March 18th-19th, Hillsborough, New Jersey
3) March 25th-26th, 2023, Springfield, VA
Spring 10U-14U teams will participate in regional tournaments.
Q: What ages are eligible to play on the team?
A: All 10U-18U players are eligible to play on our 7v7 teams. Specifically, we are looking for players currently in 3rd-11th grade.
Q: How many athletes per team?
A: There will be 18-20 athletes on each team. This will ensure that we have enough players to rotate players in offensively and defensively.
Q: Is there a financial commitment associated with playing on the team?
Yes, there is a financial commitment to play on the team. The team fees are determined based on the tournament schedule. Financial details will be sent out in offer letters to those who are selected for the team.
Q: How many practices will there be a week?
The team will practice 1 day per week. Players will also receive performance training at least 1 day per week.
Q: When and where will the practices be?
14U-18U practices will be held at Langley High School, 6520 Georgetown Pike, McLean, VA on Sundays beginning January 8th-March 26th from 2:00pm-4:00pm.
10U-14U Spring season practices will be held on Sunday mornings beginning March 12th at Oak Marr Park, 3200 Jermantown Rd, Oakton, VA.
Q: How does the team get to the tournaments?
For tournaments outside of the DMV, we will charter busses to take our athletes to the tournaments. We will also stop at various college football programs on our way to tournaments.
All 10U-14U Spring players are responsible for getting themselves to and from tournaments.
