The Perfect Performance Jump Academy is designed for 6th-12th grade basketball and volleyball athletes looking to elevate their performance on the court. Our professional coaches will take athletes through a specialized training program that will transfer over to their performance on the court.

PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
The Performance Evaluation is mandatory for new athletes and allows us to assess your strengths, weaknesses and establish a baseline. We will use this evaluation as a baseline to measure your progress throughout your time in our program. Every NEW athlete must register for the Performance Evaluation. The evaluation is a one time fee of $99

- Functional movement screen (FMS) - Testing Mobility, Flexibility, and Stability
- Speed Baseline -10 yard dash
- Lower Body Strength & Power Baseline - Vertical Jump & Broad Jump
- Training plan and goal setting
