Softball is an explosive sport that requires explosive movements. Softball coaches at all levels are searching players that can demonstrate power and explosiveness at the plate, infield, and on the base path. Our performance training program is designed for the position player who needs to get stronger, faster, quicker and more explosive. Our program is divided into two segments: strength training and speed training.

- Improve lower body strength and power
- Improve upper body strength and stability

- Increase flexibility
- Improve speed and agility movement mechanics
- Improve nervous system response and fast twitch muscle fibers
NEW ATHLETE Hitting & Performance Evaluation
Athletes in 6th grade and up joining the Performance Academy must first start with an evaluation. We want to know your goals, strengths and weaknesses. Our introductory offer is our way for you to get familiar with the program and includes:
- Functional movement screen (FMS)
- Speed (10yd)
- Agility (Pro Agility Drill)
- Power (Vertical Jump)
- Post evaluation consultation
- Hitting Baseline Data: HitTrax Profile, Exit Velocity, Launch Angle, and Swing Mechanics
- Training plan and goal setting
