PERFECT PERFORMANCE FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE
The Perfect Performance Flag Football League gives players a chance to compete and develop their game in a non-contact environment. This league is ideal for both beginner and advanced 1st-12th graders who want to develop their skills and knowledge of the game.
The Perfect Performance Flag Football league blends the best elements of football with detailed skill and acumen development. The league will be directed by our staff at Perfect Performance which includes Former NFL Player, Leonard Stephens. The teams will be parent-coached by volunteer parents or previous coaches.
By participating in the Perfect Performance Flag Football League, athletes will:
- Compete in a 5v5 structure that closely simulates the rules of the NFL
- Learn and develop necessary fundamentals and skills for making the transition to tackle football smooth and effortless
- Focus on skill development in a non-contact environment
- Learn coverage techniques, route running, passing, and catching in a game-like atmosphere

Q:What is the time commitment?
A: The time commitment is two hours per week. Each team will play one (1) 50 minute game each week. Practices will be held one(1) hour before games.
Q:What days of the week do we practice and play?
Practices and games will be on Sundays, with practices starting one(1) hour before games. The start time is set for 10:00am but please note this is subject to change.
Q:How will the teams be formed?
A: Players can register as individuals and will be placed on a team by the league officials. Groups of 5 or more can contact us at [email protected] to register as a team.
Q:What ages are allowed to play in the league?
A: Open to 1st-12th graders; Divisions will be split up by grade: 1st/2nd, 3rd/4th, 5th/6th, 7th-8th, 9th-12th
