THE RUSHMEN

Defensive line play has become increasingly important in today’s game.  More emphasis is being placed on QB pressure and that starts with the defensive line. The Defensive Line requires speed & power unlike any other position. Through our training sessions, Perfect Performance will improve the following defensive linemen skills:

• Stance
• Footwork
• Get off
• Defeating run blocks
• Pass rush
• Offensive Recognition
• Containment
• Slants, stunts, loops​
• Tackling
• Combine Training (40yd dash, pro agility, etc)
