YOUTH HITTING Clinic
Becoming an elite hitter requires a game-like environment that challenges athletes to find movement solutions to the complex problems they will face at the plate. Utilizing constraint based training as well as the principles of self organization, Perfect Performance creates a learning atmosphere second to none, as we look to develop each individual hitter.
The foundation of our philosophy is based on the components of a complete hitter:

Swing Decisions
Our training environment leverages both HitTrax and Blast Motion data to deliver a measured approach towards setting and meeting athletes goals. HitTrax is our state of the art baseball simulator which provides instant feedback on exit velocity, launch angle, direction, spin axis and more. 3D ball flight and landing location to know more than you hit the back of the cage.
