PROVEN RESULTS

Perfect Performance was an essential element of our son's development and recruiting for football. At the end of his junior year he had not received any interest from any colleges. He played tight end and in January of 2019 he was 6'4", 190 lbs. That January, we spoke to Leonard Stephens and he asked us where we thought we needed help. We told him our son needed to gain lean mass, work on his speed and fundamentals, and he needed injury prevention therapy for a hip/groin/hamstring issue he had for years. He asked us how much we'd like our son to weigh and we said we wanted to see him at 220 before the next football season. We were stunned when he said "that won't be a problem." He also suggested that our son try out for the PP 7v7 football team to sharpen his skills and football fundamentals and increase his speed, and he put us in contact with the Premier Performance physical therapist to help with his nagging injury.
At the beginning of February, our son went in for a metabolic evaluation and was given a custom nutrition plan that he stuck to religiously. That, combined with an intensive muscle mass weightlifting program, had unbelievable results. By May of 2019 he weighed 230 lbs with a body fat percentage of about 10% while maintaining his speed and agility. Premiere Performance and Rehab at PP helped our son overcome his long-term injury that years of previous therapy could not resolve. Within a month, he was 100% and, thanks to Premiere Performance, he is still 100% today. The 7v7 football program really helped our son hone his skills and speed and the football tournaments gave him exposure he wouldn't have otherwise had and, more importantly, confidence, because he was successfully competing against highly recruited and highly rated athletes. Finally, Leonard facilitated our son's involvement in a Rivals football camp where he was assessed for the first time, putting him on the radar of coaches and recruiters across the nation. At the camp he was assessed as the best tight end in the DMV and Rivals wrote an article called "Prospects now on the Radar" that highlighted his performance at the camp. All the while Leonard Stephens and his team of coaches were putting our son's name out on their network. By the beginning of May of 2019, everything had changed for our son. That month he received 28 Division 1 scholarship offers before committing to play TE at the University of Michigan. None of this would have happened without Perfect Performance and we will be forever grateful to Leonard and the PP staff for everything they did for our son. Perfect performance has pushed me to be the best version of myself on the field. In the many years I have trained there, I have tremendously improved in my speed, agility and strength. What I like most about Perfect Performance is that the trainers are able to focus on your specific needs to ensure you are getting the most out of your workout. Being surrounded by supporting teammates and other athletes creates a hard- working atmosphere. In addition, the Senior Team is specifically designed to prepare me to play at the collegiate level. Perfect Performance is undoubtedly one of the best programs to improve play in any sport.

My sons started working out at Perfect Performance when they were in 8th and 6th grade. Now in 11th and 9th, both are starters and excelling at a WCAC school. When COVID shut everything down, we turned to Coach Leonard and Coach Alameen for their clinics, 7v7 and individual instruction. Their coaching and focus on technique enabled my freshman to compete and earn a starting Varsity spot and put my Junior in a spot to start both ways - despite not having played since 8th grade. I can't recommend their programs enough.
