Proper arm care and hitting fundamentals are not to be sacrificed during baseball season. Team practices tend to focus on the team and team concepts. C5TBA recognizes the constraints that in season practices put on individual work and has the perfect solution.

C5TBA In-Season Training-Hitting and Arm Care
The coach-led hitting sessions will focus on:

• Balance 
• Head position
• Swing path
• Weight transfer

Prevent hitting slumps by reinforcing the basics  and continuing to perfect your hitter’s swing path and quick hands.  Our work will reduce thinking and create greater confidence during each plate appearance.

Arm Care sessions will focus on:

• Increasing the strength and mobilization of the shoulder region to include the scapula, sub-scapula and rotator cuff
• Strengthening and stabilizing the anterior and posterior core region 
• Consistency in throwing mechanics
