Perfect Performance Pre-K/Kindergarten Field Hockey League
The Perfect Performance House Field Hockey League provides U6-U14 (1st-8th grade) Field Hockey players an opportunity to develop their skills on a smaller scale. The small-sided game format provides players with more opportunities to see the ball, in turn developing fundamentals, and game IQ. 4v4 and 7v7 prepares players with the tools necessary to succeed when transitioning to 11v11. This is the same league format that USA Field Hockey uses to prepare young Field Hockey players for 11v11 play.
The small-sided game format is beneficial and directly transferable to the skills that are used in both outdoor and indoor regulation sized games. 4v4 and 7v7 requires players to rely on their fundamentals and game IQ which is why many of the best Field Hockey players collegiately and professionally have played in small-sided leagues.

By participating in the Perfect Performance House 7v7 Field Hockey League, athletes will:
- Participate in Six(6) games and Six(6) practices
- Get game experience that will make for a smooth transition into 11v11
- Expand players overall knowledge of the game
- Development of fundamentals such as passing, hitting, first touch, defense, deception, and positioning

Q: Who will be coaching my daughter?
A: All of our coaches are highly experienced former collegiate players and current Field Hockey coaches. All of our coaches have a high level of understanding of the sport and excel in their ability to teach youth field hockey players.
Q: How long is the season, and when does it start?
A: We will be holding Fall and Spring Seasons. Our Fall season is 6 weeks long and will begin in September and run through October.
Q: When are practices and games?
A: Practices will be held 1 hour before games.
Q: What ages are allowed to play in the league?
A: This league is open to U8-U12 players.
Q:What is time commitment associated with the 7v7 League?
A: Roughly 2.5 hours, 1 day a week. The first 1 Hour 15 mins will be dedicated to practice. Games will be played in 30 minute halves, with a 10 minute break for halftime.

A: All players will need to bring their own water bottle, shin guards, mouth guard, goggles, and stick.
