Perfect Performance 4v4 Field Hockey League

The Perfect Performance 4v4 Field Hockey League provides Pre K- 2nd Grade field hockey players an opportunity to develop their skills on a smaller scale. The 4v4 game format provides players with more opportunities to see the ball, in turn developing fundamentals, and game IQ. 4v4 prepares players with the tools necessary to succeed when transitioning to 7v7 and 11v11. 

The small-sided game format is beneficial and directly transferable to the skills that are used in both outdoor and indoor regulation sized games.

​By participating in the  Perfect Performance 4v4 Field Hockey League, athletes will:

• Participate in Six(6) games and Six(6) practices
• ​Get  game experience that will make for a smooth transition into 11v11
• ​Expand players overall knowledge of the game
• Development of fundamentals such as passing, hitting, first touch, defense, deception, and positioning​​
