PERFECT PERFORMANCE 9v9 HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL LEAGUE
Inspired by the NFL’s approach to practice, 9v9 provides an up-tempo platform for high-level players to compete. 9v9 is an extension of 7v7 that includes OL and DL while adding the extra dimension of running the ball. This is the ideal off-season league for competitive high school teams looking to prepare for their fall season.
PP 9v9 High School Football League is an elite level, non-tackle competitive league for high school football teams. This league focuses on team play and allows teams to compete against other high-level teams in preparation for the High School football season. We are looking for existing high school teams in the DMV to participate in the league. We will offer teams access to a practice field one(1) hour before the game starts.

This league focuses on team play and allows teams to compete against other high-level teams in preparation for the High School football season. By participating in Perfect Performance 9v9 Football League, athletes will:
- Compete in a 9V9, extension of 7V7, league that includes OL and DL while adding the extra dimension of running the ball
- Focus on team development in a competitive and up tempo environment
- Compete against other teams across the DMV in preparation for High School Football

Q:What is time commitment associated with 9v9?
A: Each team will play one(1) 50 minute game per week. Additionally, teams will have the option to practice one(1) hour before the game.
Q:What ages are allowed to play in the league?
A: Rising 9th-12 Grade Players
Q:How many players on a roster?
A:In order to maximize reps for each player, we suggest having 20-25 Players; You are more than welcome to have less, which allows kids to go both ways. Rosters exceeding 35 players will be split into two teams.
Q:Will there be professional referees?
A:Yes, each game will have 2-3 referees.
Q:What equipment will I need?
A: Soft shell helmets, and mouth guards are required for all players. We will provide a link to purchase your soft-shell helmets upon registration.
Q:What will the COVID-19 safety measures be at the field?
A: All registered teams will have designated check-in posts at the field with a league associate. Each league associate will ensure that each player has a mask upon entering the field, gets a temperature check prior to entering the field and has completed the digital COVID-19 waiver and pre-training questionnaire. If athletes show symptoms, they will not be allowed to enter the field and play in the game.
Q: Where can parents and players find the schedule?
A: All players and parents can view the schedule once they register via LeagueApps. We will generate a schedule with times, dates, and locations 1 week prior to the season starts.
