PP Virtual Lacrosse School

One of the biggest pieces athletes will lack this spring is advancing their game IQ due to not being able to play. We are offering the following in an effort to advance the girls IQ. We will begin this training the week of Monday, April 20th.

We will be offering online virtual coaching sessions that will be broken down into 3 parts:

• General Understanding of Lacrosse- including field specifications, player responsibilities, thought process, terminology and general IQ.
• Specifics of Lacrosse- breaking down specific situations and understanding the points of strength and weakness, how to evaluate situational play (what kind of offense or defense are we seeing?), what your thought process should be in these situations. 
• Teaching Schemes- for this session we will be using college film to teach the offensive and defensive schemes that we believe will be most successful in competition.​

Training Details

• Private sessions are individually scheduled
• Training for athletes 7th grade and up
• Training sessions are 30 minutes in length
• Athletes must purchase a package of five(5) sessions for $300
