The off-season is the most important period for any football player. This is where players see the most growth physically and mentally. With High School Football coming to an end, it is important for athletes to understand how to approach their off-season in order to improve. Here is a list of things you can do to maximize your off-season:
Perfect Performance is offering Perfect Performance Virtual Hudl review to players who need help identifying their weaknesses and needs for improvement. Additionally Perfect performance is offering a Position Specific Skills Academy and Youth Football Skills Academy in our new indoor facility starting in January 2022. For players interested in competitive skill development, come try-out for our TeamPP Elite 7v7 team. TeamPP 7v7 Elite is our comprehensive high school and middle school 7v7 program that practices, trains and competes in national and regional winter and spring tournaments. Our program is a high level off-season development tool that focuses on performance (strength, speed, agility, quickness), skill/technique development, and teaching game acumen. TeamPP will be led by NFL Veteran, Leonard Stephens, and TeamPP and Stanford University football Alumni, Alameen Murphy.
