Whether you take the draw, are on the circle, or line up behind the restraining line, having strong wrists and forearms can only help you get better! The stronger your wrists and forearms are the better stick control you will have. Take a look at these quick exercises you can do right at home!
  • Having strong wrists/forearms is HUGE for draw takers and anyone who plays on the circle. The stronger our wrists and forearms are the better control, technique and advantage we can have with our stick, especially on the draw circle.
